About the role

As a medior CRM manager you are responsible for the implementation and execution of customer lifecycle campaigns. You will be working for clients together with your HUMAI colleagues creating, implementing and improving customer journeys and automated marketing campaigns.

About you

  • You have at least HBO work and thinking level, and you have a great love for and affinity with 1:1 marketing
  • Preferably, you have some knowledge and experience with email a/o CRM campaigns for at least 3 to 5 years
  • You are interested in learning setting up and working with (CRM) marketing platforms
  • You have experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and can preferably show certifications
  • You are a specialist who can work well with developers as well as (senior) managers
  • You can explain and argue why you make certain choices and include others in these choices
  • You feel at home in an environment that revolves around craftsmanship, autonomy and collaboration
  • You are interested in data driven decision making and measuring campaign results
  • You like drawing up plans (roadmaps) for improvement and adjusting them based on results
  • You are a strong communicator and not afraid to take the lead
  • You feel at home in a start-up company as well as in a corporate environment
  • You are (planning to be) based in the Netherlands and willing to come to our office every week

Our conditions

  • Contract term: 12 months
  • Type of employment: full-time or part-time (at least 20 hours per week)
  • Working remotely: possible for short period of time
  • Salary: appropriate to your experience
